Our rental criteria are:

• Verifiable income at 2.5x the rent
• Minimum credit score of 620
• No evictions
• No bankruptcies
• No active collections
• Postive rental history

If you do not meet the income requirement, we do accept documented financial aid and/or scholarships. We also accept guarantors who meet the criteria.
