We have been in business since 2011 and have worked in real estate selling and managing property since 1999, and pride ourselves as leaders in our local real estate market and the property management community. For the last 24 years we have been active members of the NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) community and stay current on the latest property management industry trends.
Meet the Team
Lisa Stevenson, a local resident since 1997, has been involved with property management since 1999. Lisa started her real estate career at Lyon Real Estate in Davis in 1999. Lisa has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism and a decade of experience as a buyer and product development specialist for companies such as Paramount Parks, Ghirardelli Chocolate Company and Moana Loa Macadamia Nut company.
Lisa worked from 1999 to 2011 at Lyon Real Estate doing both real estate sales and managing residential properties. During this time, Lisa received the designation of Senior Executive Associate and earned the coveted CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers and brokers) along with the GRI and CDPE designations. Lisa left Lyon in 2011 to to start Paragon Property Management, with the goal of providing a high touch service oriented experience to investment owners, something that seemed to be missing in Davis at that time.
Lisa has managed to grow the company from a handful of doors to a robust inventory in the Davis and Woodland markets. Lisa serves as a resource to many local realtors in assisting their investment clients in purchasing income properties. Lisa is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys traveling to wineries, distilleries and wine bars in the central valley with her musician husband for gigs. She currently lives in Davis with her husband and dog. She is the mother of five adult children, all Davis High graduates. She is a proud parent of a UC Davis Alumni. Go Ags!
