Paragon Properties was founded in 2011 by Lisa Navarro, longtime Davis Realtor and Property Manager. Lisa started as a Realtor with Lyon Real Estate in 2000 selling and managing residential real estate in Davis and the surrounding areas. Lisa achieved Top Producer status in nearly every year at Lyon Real Estate.

Lisa holds the designations Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institue (GRI) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Jose State University.

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Less than 3% of Realtors nationwide qualify for and hold this designation.

The Graduate Realtor Institue (GRI) designation may only be earned after successfully completing a rigorous educational program. This program requires 92 hours of live course instruction from a statewide faculty selected because of extensive experience in their own areas of expertise. This designation is available only to members of the local, state and National Association of REALTORS®. GRI is recognized nationwide as the standard for real estate professionalism and knowledge.

Lisa created Paragon Properties in order to provide a greater level of service and exercise more control over how the business was run. The goal is simple: a satisfied owner and a happy tenant.

Paragon Properties is the result of a vision to fill an empty niche — outstanding management services by an experienced and qualified Realtor to investment property owners in Davis and the surrounding areas.
